Double-clicking on the desktop reveals my Fences but I cannot do anything with them. The icons arew dead, the fences cannot be moved. The fence menu doesn't do anything and couble-clicking to hide the Fences doesn't work. I have them automatically disppear after a few minutes if I have a window open and that does work.
16/08/2015 · I've just upgraded a second desktop now and the drag and drop works fine, but on my notebook that I upgraded just after the Win 10 release, the drag and drop on the desktop doesn't work unless you have a folder open, and dragging files into apps doesn't work.
